We need a report from your physician so we can prioritize the consultation correctly. If the request is made from the Institut Català de la Salut (public primary care), your request will be sent directly to us. |

If the request is made by any other institution or physician, you must bring the medical report and request for an appointment to the Admissions desk. If you have been attended in this center previously, it will help if you can bring the appointment card (targeta de visita) so it will be easier for us to obtain your clinical history. |
