With or without an intervention, you need to: |

Bring
the necessary documentation.
Go to the admissions department Servei d´Admissions d´Hospitalització
on the day and time scheduled (by phone or in the
appointment letter).
To ensure that the intervention is
carried out in the right conditions and to avoid
complications, we recommend you to make sure you fulfill
the following:
-Have someone accompany you.
-Make sure you have had a tetanus vaccination (bring
your vaccination card).
-Bring the medication you normally take.
-Bring items for personal hygiene and slippers.
- Take special care of dental prostheses and hearing aids.
