Required Documentation.
Recommendations:
- Have someone accompany you.
- Make sure you have had a tetanus vaccination (bring
your vaccination card).
- Bring the medication that you normally take.

As an inpatient.
Required Documentation.
Go to the admissions department Servei d´Admissions d´Hospitalització
at the time and day scheduled (communicated by telephone or
in the appointment letter).
To ensure that the intervention is carried out in the
right conditions and to avoid complications, follow these
recommendations:
-Have someone accompany you.
-Make sure you have had a tetanus vaccination (bring your
vaccination card).
-Bring any medication that you normally take.
-Bring whatever you need for your personal hygiene and
your slippers.
