Your employer must provide you with this document. Traffic accidents. Automobile insurance report. School accident. From the 3rd course of Obligatory Secondary Education (ESO), school insurance is obligatory. The school should provide you with this information. Sports accidents. Only federated individuals. Federation file Proof that the accident has been communicated to the insurer contracted by the federation.
