 Organs
of Government
The Board of Governors is
the governing organ of the corporation and all of its centers
and is the General Group of Shareholders of the three
instrumental entities with their own juridical character.
Of
the three instrumental entities with their own juridical
character, two have Administrative Boards, and the
third ( Parc Taulí Primary Care) has a unipersonal
organ of administration. The accords of the respective
administrative boards are under the control of the Board of
Govenors of the Corporació as the General Group of Shareholders.
Organ
of Direction
The
Board of Directors, presided over by the General Director,
is comprised of the executive directors of the six centers of
the Corporació, by the Director of Organization and Human
Resources, the Director of Economics, Finances, and Property,
the president of the Professional Council, the Director of the Center
for Informatics, the Director of the Integral Center for
Shared Services, the Director of the Center for the Development
of Services, the Corporate Director of Nursing, and the Director
of Corporate Management and Support.

of assessment and support
The Professional Council gives support to all areas of the
corporation and is comprised of the Coordinator of Quality
Policies and the presidents of the committees of the:
Fundació
Parc Taulí. Institut Universitari (UAB)
The Fundació Parc Taulí
provides support for all teaching activities and research
projects at the Corporació. It stimulates the development of
knowledge within the framework of the Professional Council. The Institut Universitari
Fundació Parc Taulí forms part of the Universitat Autònoma
de Barcelona.
