Report on Scientific Activity at the Center for Child Development and Early Intervention (Hospital de Sabadell) - 2009

Continuing medical education, teaching, research, publications, participation in commissions, collaboration with other facilities in the community, and technological innovations.


Training

The CDIAP sponsors and organizes training courses for professionals about diagnosing and treating developmental problems in infancy:

- "Neuropsychological diagnosis of developmental problems in infancy" (Catalan version)
- "Therapeutic intervention for developmental problems in infancy" (Catalan version)
- "Augmentative systems of communication" (Catalan version)
- Participation in the "Refresher Course in Pediatrics," organized by the Pediatrics Department of the Hospital de Sabadell


Research

CDIAP Parc Taulí's multidisciplinary team firmly believes that it is important to analyze our practice to ensure quality care. For this reason, we have carried out diverse research projects over the years. Some of these have received awards; all of them refer to innovative aspects in our work.
