Committee acredited by the first time on February 3, 1994 by the Directorate General for Healthcare Resources of Generalitat de Catalunya (Autonomous government of Catalonia).

In agreement with the Order of October 26, 1992, of accreditation og the Clinical Research Ethical Committee on (Ministry of Health of Generalitat de Catalunya) and the Royal decree 561/1993.
